I hope the nest time when I will be on holiday in Leyte Philippines that I can spar or do matches!

Tiger balm-is reel..it does'nt bite,same with Lion Katol..but it kills the one that bites especially the one with dengue..Aysus!they are famous in Philippines you know!...but seldom in US,they are very hard to find..even in Walmart,Target,K'mart,Safeway or Radio Shack...I will tell you but..promise!! do'nt tell to anybody ha?...you can find them in all Filipinos tore I think!and maybe get in Walgreens too!..about Eddie Palen I suppose..He is already using the above mention animals..I heard it's much better if mixed with W-D40..yo know what I mean??..good for your rusted joints and muscles pain..but Doctor's advise do'nt swallow..it can break your meanstrual period...bitaw 'Dong I think I getting too match..my joke is getting started..whitch started the whole world laughing..oh if I did'nt see that the joke was on me. i just want to ask if you also know these fighters.
brandon vera - he is a great fighter. and surely
will beat chuck lidell and tim sylvia. btw, he is
a proud filipino.
or did you hear about bas rutten and frank shamrock
in the middle weight division?
though they are quite old now,
to me these two are more better fighters than wanderlei
silva, matt hughes, bj penn or georges st. pierre.
I have all the bas rutten's instructional dvds..these are
great and "must buy" items. |

I agree to gaw TAS about Vera ... Brandon " The Truth " Vera is next phenom in MMA . He works so hard to reach where Chuck Lidell and Randy Couture are right now . The splendid thing about Brandon is he never forget his roots ... He is so proud to be a Filipino and i hope he will put the Philippines in the map of MMA. As he once said " I want to be the next Manny Pacquiao in MMA ". Manny is Brandon's inspiration to become great in his sport.
